Liaoning Ballet was invited to perform at the Benoît International Dance Festival in Russia

At the invitation of Svetlana Zakharova, artistic director and jury chairwoman of the Benoit International Dance Awards Festival in Russia, Qu Zijiao, head and artistic director of Liaoning Ballet, and actors Zhang Haidong and Sun Huixin, went to Moscow, Russia from June 23 to 27 for a five-day award review and gala performance. They will also attend the award ceremony and star gala held at the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow.

At the same time, Sun Huixin and Zhang Haidong will also perform excerpts from the neoclassical ballet "Notre Dame de Paris" at the gala. It is reported that the Benoit International Dance Awards Festival is known as the "Oscar of the Dance World" and is awarded once a year to reward the most outstanding works in the field of choreography in the past year. The project was established in Moscow in 1991. For more than 30 years, the Benoit Project has brought together generations of dance artists from all over the world to bring an annual ballet awards feast to global audie
